Executive Director, Sarah Sledge, and consultants, Dr. Barbara Adams and Jerry Covey presented March 12, 2018 to the Joint Education Legislative Committee about Coalition for Education Equity's pilot study on educator workforce quality, satisfaction, and retention. Data collected in this study is being shared with each participating school district along with consultation and support. In addition, we expect this study to result in a rich resource for the state, including research analysis, potential tools and/or resources for all Alaska school districts, and policy implications and recommendations for communities, school boards, and statewide policy makers.
